Daily Scrum: | In Scrum, the daily scrum is a daily meeting where team members share their progress, plans, and any obstacles they're facing. |
Design Thinking: | Design Thinking is a human-centred approach to problem-solving that involves empathy, creativity, and experimentation to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs and desires of users, often by iterating through prototyping, testing, and refinement to create a more effective and user-friendly outcome. |
Iterative | In Scrum, iterative refers to the process of breaking down a complex project into smaller, manageable chunks, and then repeating that process multiple times, with each iteration refining and improving the previous one, until the project is complete. |
